Event Planning
With simplicity and professionalism, we work together to ensure that your meeting or seminar runs smoothly.
In accordance with your needs and expectations, we discuss the preparation of the place and the course of the event by providing our advice.
We specify together the layout of the tables in the lounges, the start and end times of the event, the desired breaks and their duration, the type of restaurant for the lunch break, etc.
Finally, if you wish, we study together a possible team building activity or a visit of Lyon Old town or a wine tasting session!

We support you in all the logistics of your event when you come to Clos du Vieux Lyon.

Internship - 3 months
Student in events, hospitality or tourism, internship from the beginning of May to the end of July 2023. You participate in the daily activity of the Clos du Vieux-Lyon facility with reception of customers, the follow-up of meetings, formulation of quotes, website, social networks updates, etc. Dynamism, autonomy and positive attitude are required!
Alternance training - 12 months
Student in a school of tourism, specializing in events - September 2023. In collaboration with the founder of Le Clos, you develop the business clientele, participate in the reception of the customers and the meeting layout. You propose different team building activities and you participate in their animation (treasure hunt, etc.). Serious, dynamic student with an entrepreneurial spirit!
