Rates
The prices of the Clos du Vieux-Lyon are calculated with the principle of privatizing the entire meeting facility. Whether you come to work for a day, half a day or two hours, you will be the only guests in the apartment.
Our prices are calculated on a basic package of 1 to 6 people plus a supplement for each additional person participating in the meeting. The minimum amount of the basic package varies on whether you rent Le Clos du Vieux-Lyon facility for a one day, half-day or just 2 hours:
Full Day
8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Basic package: € 750 (from 1 to 6 people) + VAT 20%.
- Additional person: € 35 (7 to 12 people) + VAT 20%.
- Two meeting breaks included. Lunch or dinner not included.
- Duration: 9 hrs
Half Day
Morning or Afternoon
- Basic package: € 590 (from 1 to 6 people) + VAT 20%.
- Additional person: € 30 (7 to 12 people) + VAT 20%.
- One meeting break included. Lunch or dinner not included.
- Duration: 4 hours
2 hours
Times to be defined
- Basic package: € 350 (from 1 to 6 people) + VAT 20%.
- Additional person: € 20 (7 to 12 people) + VAT 20%.
- One meeting break included. Lunch or dinner not included.
- Extra Hour: +120 € + VAT (20%)
Lunch & Dinner:
Le Clos du Vieux-Lyon chose not to include the lunch or the dinner in the rental packages. Indeed, due to its privileged location, one of the many nice restaurants in the Vieux Lyon neigborhood reserved for the occasion will be happy to welcome you for a unique experience. If you prefer a meal tray to be delivered directly to Clos du Vieux-Lyon during your meeting, then we will send you a quote.
